Returns

As all Studio Esoteric garments are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing. Each product includes a detailed size chart, which we carefully create to help you choose the right fit.

We will only accept returns or issue refunds in the case of a faulty or incorrect item. If you believe your garment is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them — unworn, unwashed.

Faults will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. While we will always do our best to provide a replacement, this depends on fabric availability. If a replacement cannot be produced, a refund will be issued instead.

Please note that damage from wear and tear, improper care, or alterations is not considered a fault.

This policy operates in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for faulty goods.
